I made this collage on Adobe Photoshop for a homework assignment in one of my Visual Communication classes, and when I saw we had creative freedom on the collage’s theme, I immediately thought of Henri Matisse—one of my favorite artists—and wanted to emphasize his range in artistic styles from motifs to realism. I drew inspiration from one of my favorite of his collections, “The Red Studio,” when working on this, especially when it came to the color scheme. I use this as my laptop background!
